I am currently working on a book on art writing for Oxford University Press. I am also preparing a scholarly edition of Walter Pater's The Renaissance for the new 10-volume Collected Works of Walter Pater, also for Oxford University Press.
I recently co-edited, with Susanna Avery-Quash of the National Gallery, London, and our CDP student Maria Alambritis, a special issue of *19* on 'Old Masters, Modern Women' (19.bbk.ac.uk).
My chapter on 'Decadence and the Italian Renaissance' for the Cambridge University Press volume *Decadence: A Literary History*, ed Alex Murray is forthcoming in 2020, as as my article in *Word & Image* entitled 'Sister Arts: The Life of colour and the Colour of Life in the Work of Alice Meynell and Elizabeth Butler'.
