Michael Justine Sales is a Victorianist and gothic fiction scholar. He completed his MA in English at Georgetown University last May 2021 and is currently working on his doctoral research on the interrelations of disability and sexuality in the English novel (from the 18th to the 19th century). His research interests include the eighteenth-century English novel, Victorian literature and culture, gothic fiction, psychoanalysis, gender and sexuality studies and disability studies.
